As a child, I grew up with forests, streams, fields and plenty of places to roam and explore. I knew every tree, wildflower and bird that inhabited our land and the hundreds of acres that surrounded us. I began writing when I was very young and then began painting the wildflowers and landscapes I saw.
It’s only recently that I’ve put down my pen from writing and publishing in the corporate world. Now I can share my love of nature and the Lord with you.
I am most at home walking woodland trails, overgrown tracks through the moors, alongside salt marshes and down deserted beaches. I’ve traveled extensively around the world and have been profoundly affected by the beauty I see the Lord reveal everywhere I go. I’ve come to depend on the solace of nature to keep the balance in my life.
Places of pristine natural beauty are a sanctuary and spiritual home for me. This is where I feel the closest to the Creator God. This is where He speaks to me of His character, love and presence in my life.
